The National Trust Dolaucothi Estate has signposted walks starting from the forest at the end of our lane. Expect spectacular views, peace and quiet and a lot of hills! Take a picnic or stop at one of two local village pubs within 3- 5 miles of the farm.

Mountain bikes

We are perfectly located to make the most of the fantastic mountain bike trails right on our doorstep we are a short drive (or ride) from the trails at Brechfa, Cwm Rhaedre and the Doethie Valley.

Fishing

The Cothi river is in the valley below our farm and the Tywi and Teifi rivers are all within easy reach. The Tywi is one of the finest sea trout rivers in Europe. You can also coarse fish on our small lake for £10 per day.
